SECURITY LEVEL: Mid to High
With a top grade Temporary Vertical Concrete Barrier (TVCB) base, cast from high strength concrete (50N/mm2) which and combined with Highways Agency specification steel reinforcing. Our system meets the component requirements of EN 1317 Compliant Road Restraint Systems for Temporary Safety Barriers, *when installed by a Highways Agency approved contractor.
Ideal Vehicle Security Barriers (VSBs), Vehicle Containment Barriers (VCBs) and can be used for Hostile Vehicle Mitigation (HVM).
The upper Fastmesh-3D45™ system combines vertical and horizontal 4mm & 5mm wires in a profiled panel configuration and is fixed with our Fastmesh security clip and anti-tamper bolt into factory fitted threaded post insert. The panel width is 3000mm which perfectly suits the TVBC integration.
Our custom Fastmesh anti-tamper fixings ensure that even the most difficult of site conditions will not hamper the appearance or performance of the system.
The system can be provided complete (TVCB included) or as the top section only if you already have the blocks at hand. Our Estimators are available to talk you through all available options; please don't hesitate to get in touch.

Our Fastmesh panels are manufactured to BS 4102:1998 and pre-galvanised with a zinc coat weight to conform BS EN 10244-2:2009 class D prior to polyester powder coating.
Fastmesh posts are manufactured in house to ensure conformity, when requested to BS EN 10305:2016 and are galvanised to BS EN 10346:2015.
Panels, posts & clamp bars are polyester powder coated to BS EN 13438:2013.
We have multiple quality control check stages to ensure that our products and our service are of the highest standard without exception.
We are ISO 9001 certified and are subject to regular audits (BSI, BSE/CE, BRE) to ensure continual compliance.
We use our own in-house transport and are proud carriers of DVSA Earned Recognition status which sets us apart in our industry.
Our vehicles are tracked to ensure regular delivery updates can be offered. We are completely in control of our fleet and are able to schedule/ re-schedule deliveries to suit the urgency of your requirement.
