Fastmesh-358 prison mesh fencing panels are made up from 4mm wires welded into 12.7mmH x 76.2mmW apertures.
Standard panel widths are 2515mm. Post centres of 2470mm are required as the panels overlap on the post before being clamped with the clamp bar fixing.
As standard the posts are supplied to be root fixed in ground, however base plated posts for bolt down fixing on to concrete can be manufactured and supplied as needed.

358 prison mesh fencing panels come in a range of standard heights, from 1.27m to 5.2m high panels.
Prison mesh fencing panels are also often installed with a proportion of the fence panel buried in the ground to minimise the risk of intrusion underneath the fencing panel.

Along with the standard 358 prison mesh fencing described above, we also have two security rated versions of the system certified to LPS 1175 A1 (SR1) and B3 (SR2) ratings.
Imperium-1-358 Security Fencing: Imperium-1-358 is an independently tested and A1 (SR1) rated version of the standard Fastmesh-358 prison mesh system.
The system features clamp bar and snap-off permanent security fixings to delay intruders. This security rated version is becoming the industry standard for 358 prison mesh fencing.
Imperium-2-358DB Security Fencing: Imperium-2-358DB is a B3 (SR2) rated double skin version of the 358 prison mesh system.
This system is amongst the most competitively priced SR2 rated security fencing system available, and as the double skin is spot welded into one panels, is the easiest to install on the market.

Our Fastmesh panels are manufactured to BS 4102:1998 and pre-galvanised with a zinc coat weight to conform BS EN 10244-2:2009 class D prior to polyester powder coating.
Fastmesh posts are manufactured in house to ensure conformity, when requested to BS EN 10305:2016 and are galvanised to BS EN 10346:2015.
Panels, posts & clamp bars are polyester powder coated to BS EN 13438:2013.
