Fastline® are one of the few UK manufacturers of steel palisade fencing systems. This allows us to provide standard, BS compliant systems as well as enabling us to adapt bespoke systems to suit all requirements.
Steel Palisade (available heights in single lift - 1.5, 1.8, 2.1, 2.4, 3, 3.6mH).
a) pales
Corrugated ‘W’ or 'D' section; 17 pales, 2 to 4mm. Tops of pales; round and notched, round, plain, single pointed, triple point and splayed.
b) rails
Horizontal support rails 40x40x5 to 75x50x6 RSA (dependant upon system height).
c) posts (steel)
100x50 IPE, 102×44 or 127x76 RSJ pointed at top. 2.75m post centres.
d) fixings
M12×30mm cup square bolts & M12 shear nuts (rail to post).

The system consists of a 4 point panel to post connection and offers a combination of a speedy installation combined with an added level of security due to the pale/ rail welded connection in lieu of mechanical fixings.

Our steel palisade systems are hot dip galvanised to BS EN ISO 1461 or BS EN 10240 and additionally, if required, powder coated green (RAL6005) or black (RAL9005) in accordance with BS1722-16: 2009.
We can PPC to the colour of your choice.
